Your Physician is available for consultation with the hospice team. Ave Maria will consult with your personal Physician to ensure your peace of mind.

Nurses

Ave Maria's Nurses, specializing in Hospice Care, visit regularly and are available for consultation 24 hours a day.

Hospice Aids

Trust Ave Maria's expert assistance to provide all personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming & skin care.

Social Workers

Assistance with long-term planning and coordination of community services. Additionally, Ave Maria's Social Workers provide assistance with matters such as depression, bereavement and grief support.

Chaplains

Ave Maria Hospice Care serves all faiths. Our offers include spiritual counseling, prayer, and other traditions specific to the patient’s faith. Additionally, our Chaplains assist with Funerals, Memorial Services, and Celebration of Life gatherings as requested.
